    Exploring Istanbul's charm 🇹🇷

    Got a lekker sea view from my room, the brekkie was good, and the chommie at reception was super friendly! Felt right at home, you know?

    The air con was a bit dodgy. Couldn't cool the room properly and it was a hot one, ag man.

    This is a hip new fairly clean hotel providing silent rooms. The breakfast is tasteful and scrumptious with food for different culture, and the service is excellent.

    Exceptional place overall, it is fairly clean, location is comfortable and easy to Sabiha Goekcen airport in the morning hours. At the rooftop bar they serve good food and drinks. The services are very good, including a nice pool. Parking is on-site.

    The staff were attentive, especially Unur, the night manager, who provided really good service. The lamb shank in the restaurant was one of the best meals I've tasted.

    AC issues needed resolution.

    Air conditioning struggles to maintain a comfortable temperature. Multiple reports indicate difficulty in cooling rooms effectively. Shower drain issues cause slow waste removal, leading to an overall less-than-ideal experience. The presence of smoking rooms contributed to discomfort with lingering tobacco smells.

    Very new hotel with impressive and nice interior. All comforts in the well appointed rooms. Sumptuous breakfast and very nice service. Very nice roof top terrace with nice service. Very nice reaction to the fact that we needed to change rooms twice until we found two rooms smelling less of cigarette smoke (we received a gracious upgrade, even though even the first room was already spacious and beautiful).

    Location 15min from Gokcen airport in an industrial-residential area without much interest. Uninspiring surrounding; only interesting if flying out early as we did (not to use as base for Istanbul visits). Though new, the rooms (also on the non-smoking floors) smelled of cigarette smoke (Staff confirmed that they allow smokers into non-smoking room when hotel is full). AirCo did not work well (too much in one room; not at all in the other). Floor in the spa and around the pool very slippery when wet.

    Clean, decent, good location at anatolian side

    Reception staff are poor in customer communication.during my check out I wanted to pay in euro since hotel declares their room rates in euro, however staff told me that it would nt be possible to pay in euro, they convert into local currency by using their lower rates. If your room is 90 euro, even if you pay 90 euro cash it would not be enough, due to conversion rates you need to pay ~100euro. Ofcourse it is not big deal however, you would feel cheated. (Sinek kucuk ama mide bulandirir)

    The hotel was a great spot for a family getaway, especially since we were close to a lovely shopping mall. The kids loved the spa facilities, and we enjoyed dining with a beautiful view at the rooftop restaurant, where the burgers we had were fantastic. One downside was the breakfast service. we had to seek out staff for our coffee every morning. But overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider coming back.
